job summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide end-user support and equipment setup for a municipal organization. This role includes deskside and remote technical support, device imaging and deployment, software configuration, and assistance with ongoing IT projects. The position is onsite and will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations during an active office relocation.
