You will move beyond "reactive" repairs to lead a team focused on preventive maintenance, equipment optimization, and long-term facility health.Key Responsibilities Asset Management: Oversee maintenance for all production equipment across a large-scale industrial footprint. System Development: Design and launch comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to significantly increase uptime and product quality. Capital Projects: Manage equipment installations and upgrades to improve facility throughput and operational efficiency. Data-Driven Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to develop process data management systems, utilizing real-time alarms and historical records to drive decision-making. Safety & Compliance: Foster a proactive safety culture to mitigate risk and ensure a zero lost-time accident environment.
