We seek a self-driven, strategic Human Resources Business Partner to be the essential liaison between operations and people strategy within our dynamic manufacturing environment, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. You will partner with Senior Management to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives, provide daily consultative support to foster a culture of accountability and change management, and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, and performance guidance. Your role includes leading Succession Planning and talent reviews, overseeing core HR functions (compensation, benefits, payroll), managing employee relations and legal compliance, and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting are required, along with knowledge of labor law and proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies like Lean/5S.
