This is a 100% remote 1 year contract opportunity. location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $55 - 58 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: The Business Systems Analyst will support the Events & Operations Products team by enabling operations and service fulfillment to administrative IT customers. The Business Systems Analyst will conduct customer research and collaborate with key stakeholders across our client's departments to gather business requirements and help translate them into functional and technical requirements to be utilized across the Events & Operations Products team. They will conduct analyses, create process models, document requirements, and work to ensure that the solutions developed meet the desired business outcomes. Through the use of various analytical tools and methodologies, they will identify trends and opportunities that can drive innovation and efficiency in our client's technological offerings. In addition, they will contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights and data-driven recommendations to help shape our client's IT roadmap. This role will also support the product team's delivery and sustainment of an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Utilizes leading practices to effectively anticipate or solve problems. - Balances customer needs, business goals, and technical realities in product design and delivery for diverse audiences. - Participates in customer research to gain insights into customer needs and pain points.
