Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, production technicians are responsible for fabricating and assembling components that will be integrated into a home. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to understand various fabrication and assembly techniques and utilize them to produce extraordinarily high-quality finished products. Read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and test instructions. Perform all manufacturing processes required to build Structure and Interiors assemblies or subassemblies, including fastener installation, electrical wire cutting, pipe cutting, and general mechanical assemblies like installation of switches and outlets, mechanical deck assemblies etc. Ability to understand and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet aggressive production milestones and deadlines Proficiency in basic computer operations, including navigating an ERP system for work orders. Ability to use Power tools like drills and impact.
