Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex issues involving PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), electrical circuits (up to 480V), hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Customer Training: Conduct "Train-the-Trainer" sessions for client maintenance teams on machine operation and preventative maintenance (PM) protocols. Documentation: Generate detailed service reports and root-cause analysis (RCA) to be shared with both the client and the internal engineering team. Sales Support: Identify aging parts or system upgrade opportunities while on-site to help the client maximize their ROI. Required Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in industrial field service or high-level plant maintenance. Electrical Mastery: Ability to read schematics and use multimeters/oscilloscopes to troubleshoot control panels and motor drives. Mechanical Skill: Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and heavy mechanical assembly. Travel Ready: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
