Designs and develops a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake which store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data. Manages processes that are highly complex and impact the greater organization. Designs, develops and implements methods, processes, tools and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns. May lead or manage sizable projects. Participates in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across enterprise via an analytics and reporting. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex Information Management assignments. qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related quantitative disciplines (Bachelor's REQUIRED, Master's preferred). skills: Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, AI integration, and full-stack development.Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SageMaker).Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices. Generative AI: Experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).Knowledge of deploying AI/ML models in production environments. Full Stack Development: Proficiency in Python for backend development.Expertise in React for frontend development.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication. DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Machine learning conceptsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.
