Time Management: Manage multiple issues concurrently and lead effective, efficient meetings. Qualifications and Skills Ability to read and follow factory technical drawings and product layouts. Proficiency in reading a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Competency in high school math, including calculating percentages, volume, and rates.
