The Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day performance of warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, reverse logistics, and inventory management. This role reports to the Executive Team consisting of the three co-founders and is a full-time, onsite role. The ability to communicate effectively with the Executive Team as well as warehouse employees is an essential part of success in this role. Experience in leadership, warehouse management and deep experience with a WMS is required. ITB utilizes Deposco as our enterprise-level WMS. In ITB’s current state, there exists three team leads who will report to the OM.salary: $70,000 - $88,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through disciplined processes, cycle counts, root- cause analysis and corrective actions. Train receiving and replenishment teams on slotting logic, best practices and shrink reduction. Supervise and direct staff as they execute activities related to order equipment usage, dock door protocols, and order fulfillment including B2B and automation that supports order fulfillment. Supervise warehouse employees for compliance, safety, accuracy, throughput, protocol and policy compliance. Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of teams. Assists in maintaining the physical properties and organization of the warehouse. Other related duties and assignments. Qualifications 10+ years of 3PL operations leadership experience Experience overseeing teams of 30+ in a fast-paced, high-volume environment strong knowledge of WMS platforms, RF scanning, and inventory control processes.
