Create annotated reference documents to facilitate project submission and Medical/Regulatory/Legal review. Ensure suitability of references to support all product and promotional claims across various formats (text, graphs, tables). Collaborate with writers, editors, and account managers to ensure accurate and compliant submissions. Manage and organize a library of approved medical and scientific references. Research promotional claims and perform data mining, potentially using Clinical Study Reports (CSRs). qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a medical-related field (e.g., biology, chemistry) or equivalent business experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience: Proven ability to research, understand, and interpret medical/scientific data. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, and time management skills. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro annotation tools and MS Word. Work Style: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work well across multiple teams. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience: 3+ years of medical fact-checking experience. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharma advertising industry. Specialty: Expertise in oncology and/or neuroscience fields. Systems: Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats/Vault and/or experience with OPDP submissions. Style/Terminology: Working knowledge of AMA style guidelines and/or medical terminology.
