This is a critical role that ensures our projects stay on schedule and remain compliant with all local regulations.What You'll Do: Process & Submission: Research, prepare, submit, and diligently track all necessary permit applications. Compliance Expert: Review blueprints, plans, and specifications for completeness, ensuring strict adherence to all building codes, zoning ordinances, and submission standards. Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary contact between our internal project teams, architects, engineers, and external permitting authorities. Administration: Manage and process all associated permit fees, costs, and inspection scheduling.
