You will serve as a vital link between participants, their families, and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be coordinating complex logistics and maintaining a culture of high-quality customer service within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Operational Support (80%): Manage and arrange essential services with participants and families. Coordinate with contracted vendors, provide reception relief, and maintain constant communication regarding specialized participant needs. Administrative Coordination (15%): Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to support department goals. Manage sensitive and confidential files, document interactions accurately within medical records, and facilitate the completion of specialized requests. Strategic Projects: Assist with quality initiatives and complete additional projects as assigned to improve team performance. Qualifications Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year of experience in a clinical setting is required. Certifications: Must have or obtain CPR and First-Aid certification within six months of hire. Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills: Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Farsi, Korean, or Chinese is highly preferred.
