We're seeking an experienced Senior Medical Information Specialist for a critical, project-based contract role. This individual will provide essential subject matter expertise and process support during the implementation and onboarding of a new Medical Information Contact Center. While supporting this key project, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for intaking, triaging, and responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.salary: $54 - $55 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for intaking and triaging all medical information (MI) inquiries received via phone, email, or MIRFs across the product portfolio. Monitor and process adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) in accordance with all SOPs and work instructions. Submit reports for Sunshine Act aggregate spend tracking and ensure all interactions strictly adhere to corporate and healthcare compliance guidance. Assist in ad-hoc projects, with a primary focus on the Medical Information Contact Center implementation and onboarding. Minimum Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field (e.g., PharmD, RN, PhD, Life Sciences) or equivalent working experience. 5 years of experience in a Medical Information department within the pharmaceutical industry Experience working with a Medical Information database (e.g., Veeva MedInquiry, IRMS, SciMax MI, etc.) is strongly preferred. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, medical imaging, or diagnostic agents.
