Manage all phases of the project lifecycle — from initiation to close — including scope, schedule, risk, and resource management, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals. Facilitate data gathering and reporting for financial and treasury programs, supporting decision-making through accurate and timely reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional business, finance, HR, and technical teams to assess needs, manage dependencies, and deliver on project milestones. Drive resource capacity planning in partnership with resource managers, reconciling forecasted and actual hours to maintain project efficiency. Oversee project risks, issues, and interdependencies, providing clear mitigation plans and escalation paths.
