You will take direction and partner with the Head of Trust Operations ensuring the strategy and results are well received and executed by the Trust Operations Team. You will be presented with a variety of research, critical thinking, and client-centric accountabilities. You will train and support Trust Operation Specialists with reconciling, auditing, calculating, drafting communication, problem-solving, and mitigating risk within a trust operations environment. You will manage daily, monthly, and quarterly activities and communications. The company does offer FREE PARKING!salary: $27 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Lead, guide, mentor, and train a team of 5 Trust Support Specialists Take direction and partner with the the Head of Trust Operations ensuring the strategy and results are well received and executed by the Trust Operations Team Put your trust operations and brokerage operations expertise to work, balancing lead and desk accountabilities Support Trust Relationship Managers Proper setup and booking of new assets to accounts Pull brokerage statements from multiple portals Calculate, balance, research, and reconcile shares being purchased and sold Key brokerage statement transactions into the corporation's main bookkeeping system Post balances Process and report ongoing investment activity Reconcile investment positions to statements and/or online Resolve & respond to inquiries from internal & external parties timely and accurately Participates in department projects and initiatives Manage assigned daily tasks to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met Consistent review and assessment of processes to identify areas of risk and process improvements Review the Administrator's daily trial balance; including security, distribution, and contribution transactions Assist in monthly account audit reviews Assist in annual plan audits of customer accounts Reconcile account statements per customer request or established procedures Complete trade tickets based on clients' requests and account procedures.
