job summary: Our client is seeking a Contract Project Controls Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. This crucial part-time contract role, approximately 30 hours per week and fully remote, supports the Project Controls and Reporting department. The coordinator will be responsible for developing, manipulating, and validating large data sets and reports using advanced Microsoft Office software (Access and Excel) and project control tools like Oracle Primavera. A strong focus on QA/QC, analytical skills, and technical competency is required for success in this role. location: Tucker, Georgia job type: Contract salary: $50 - 60 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop, verify, and maintain large data sets and reports supporting the capital program cost and scheduling functions.Execute and interpret multiple Microsoft Access and SQL queries for routine data checking and reporting.Perform rigorous QA/QC reviews on all outgoing data to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency with client standards.Provide regular updates to Oracle Primavera with resource assignments and maintain a constant presence for data checks.Manage project closeouts to conclusion and collaborate with various teams to resolve data discrepancies for reporting deadlines.
