job summary: Leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager to oversee their machining operations, optimize production, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in machine shop management within a steel or metal manufacturing environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing best practices. Leadership: strong team management, training, and conflict resolution abilities.
