The Crisis Management and Support Care Spcialist role folds under HR's Employee Relations Department. It is an instrumental position where calls are taken from employees from any and all departments. The goal is to ensure these critial and crisis calls are documented, routed, and handled correctly for proper resolution and to mitigate risk to the caller and to the company. You will be interacting potentially with all departments, Store Leaders, and Law Enforcement. Part of the role also includes analyze data and providing reporting to senior leadership. This is an instrumental and impactful role to this well-respected large retail corporation. You will be relied on to utilize your communication skills and monitoring skills. You will also be monitoring social media, news, police reports, etc, to proactively alert the proper channels of any potential risk. This role is made for the professional who is on alert, communicative, and stays calm under pressure. You must be able to respond quickly with exceptional communication skills. The standard work week is Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 5:00am and 1:30pm. Training will be onsite.
