Drive systematic approvals for financial programs and investment levers. Manage Margin Assistance program approvals and issuance. Oversee Conditional Discount and other sales incentive programs. Conduct Annual Terms Reviews in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams. Deliver Quarterly Partner Profitability updates to internal stakeholders. Represent Finance in key planning gates including Monthly Forecasts, FY26 Budget, CSR, AOP, and 3-year account planning (tentative). Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in strategic finance roles working as a Finance Manager ideally in the Footwear or Apparel Industry. Proven ability to support and influence senior leadership, including VPs and Senior Directors. Demonstrated understanding of wholesale business operations and their short-term and long-term financial impacts. Background in gross-to-net analysis and investment planning. This role will temporarily cover multiple parental leaves and is critical in maintaining financial continuity and strategic alignment across our clients wholesale partner network.
