We're Looking For Someone With: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
