Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the force multiplier for our executives, driving efficiency and managing key logistics: Strategic Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, prioritizing inquiries and requests, and exercising sound judgment to ensure smooth, high-impact engagements. Executive Communications: Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations ready for C-Suite and Board-level review. Global Logistics: Flawlessly arrange domestic and international travel and efficiently complete monthly expense reports. Meeting & Project Execution: Plan and execute meetings with internal and external stakeholders, collect and prepare information for critical discussions, and assist with high-priority special projects. Operational Excellence: Manage essential office tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating department events. What You'll Need to Succeed: Your Executive ToolkitThe ideal candidate possesses the experience and drive to thrive in a high-stakes environment: Proven Experience: A minimum of 3+ years as a Senior Executive Assistant, directly supporting C-level executives. Technology Mastery: Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly master new software.
