Your day-to-day will include: The Hub: Managing incoming calls and being the friendly face for all visitors. The Coordinator: Managing the "Tetris" of conference room schedules and being the hero who coordinates lunch meetings (ordering, setup, and cleanup). Office Caretaker: Keeping the lobby, kitchen, and meeting rooms looking pristine and fully stocked with supplies. The All-Rounder: Supporting our Operations team with data entry, reporting, and special projects. Are You the Perfect Fit? We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn and possesses: Experience: 1–2 years in a customer service or office role (internships count!). Communication: Exceptional English skills—you’re as comfortable on the phone as you are writing an email. Tech Skills: You know your way around Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel are your best friends).
