Provide expertise with value based pricing and provide advanced negotiation expertise. Implement strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels. Manages P&L, KPIs and communicates overall progress of team efforts against targets. Encourage the adoption of new technologies and processes to help your team work smarter and achieve even greater success. Lead/Grow/Develop Provides leadership to the team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development and high performance - Sets targets, performance plans and rigorous objective standards for the team Coach individuals one on one through phone work, prospecting, and sales calls Recruit, select, onboard and train new employees and meet with employees one on one to review performance, progress and targets What you need to bring: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred A minimum of 8 years of success in the staffing industry 5 years experience people management and demonstrated success driving business results Knows how to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications. Achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and have maximized productivity with a business span of at least $14M Strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset are a must Proven history of outperformance in leading a sales team through change Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups Must be comfortable presenting to and influencing C level management Proven performance leading through both accountability and people enablement This job posting is open for 4 weeks.
