Support timely and efficient cycle times for outbound shipments from R&D sites. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all processed shipments. Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the shipping process. Follow established instructions, training materials, and guidelines to perform daily functions. Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within scientific logistics. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. Occasionally assist with packaging materials on the loading dock. Work with a high degree of speed and accuracy in a detail-focused environment.
