Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Documentation: Place orders for restocking, coordinate cycle counting, and manage the accurate receipt of large inbound freight, ensuring all documentation is correct. Reporting: Run critical end-of-month reports on on-time delivery and inventory counts. Shipping Coordination: Assist with shipping documentation, with a specific focus on preparing and organizing paperwork for overseas shipments. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with the sales department to support new product development and ensure seamless service. Team Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Shipping Coordinator, acting as a tag-team to manage daily warehouse operations. Qualifications: Experience in a purchasing, inventory, or logistics-related role is required. Proficiency in running reports and using computer systems for inventory management. Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting in a warehouse environment. Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes. bilingual is preferred but not required. The Work Environment: You'll be working in a three-building facility that requires a high degree of mobility, walking between buildings and navigating narrow aisles. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is a natural problem-solver. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an urgent start date.
