While employers have felt the need to reskill and upskill their workforces for some time, the events of 2020 have only served to accelerate training and development, with businesses rushing to find talent with the right skills to succeed in the new normal.

Utilized by job seekers, working talent and coaches, our partnership with Udemy offers Randstad talent free learning opportunities, as well as guided upskilling licenses. Udemy offers courses across critical business, personal development and soft skills, as well as covers technical certification tracks with courses and exam prep skills on topics like AWS, Cloud, CCSIP, PHP, MEAN, Python, AI, machine learning, CISA, CISM, CEH and many others.



Our Coursera partnership offers free upskilling and reskilling opportunities to job seekers exploring in-demand careers.
