access your 2021 W-2.

Your 2021 W-2 will be accessible to you on our self-service portal on January 31. In order to gain access to your copy when the time comes, follow the steps below.

If you have registered for the self-service portal, you will need to update your security questions. Here's how:

Log on to the self-service portal (www.workplace.randstad.com).
Add your security questions and answers by clicking on "My System Profile," then "Change or set up forgotten password help."
While you're there, make sure the rest of your information is accurate.

If you do not register for self-service and/or set up your security questions by January 21, 2022, we will email your W-2 by January 31, 2022 to the email address we have on file for you.
