What you get to do:
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships through diverse sales strategies
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to increase market share and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets
- Negotiate and manage staffing agreements and contracts, including client bill rates, candidate pay rates and direct hire fee agreement
- Use a combination of tech and touch approaches that require exceptional documentation
- Maintain accurate client information and activity tracking within company systems to ensure effective sales process management and reporting
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; engineering degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of staffing experience within the IT or engineering industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a metric driven high performing environment
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-impact client relationships
- Strong engineering and technical acumen
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
