The primary objective of the OTS Delivery Director is to drive profitable growth for OTS by ensuring a sufficient talent supply to meet the current and future demand of their assigned market. The Delivery Director will create a strategy for their assigned market in alignment with Randstad’s Partner for Talent strategy, working closely with the Marketing team and OTS Delivery Coordinators to determine the right activities needed to attract talent and facilitate placements and starts. The Delivery Manager will identify and address talent skill gaps found, utilizing available resources for education and training to upskill talent.

- Develop and implement data-driven market strategy to attract talent to meet current and future order demand
- Ensure talent supply aligns with client demand and in-demand skills, leveraging data analytics to optimize supply/demand balance
- Partner with Marketing team to determine effective attraction activities needed to increase talent supply in the market and driving talent to the app, incorporating local market insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various sourcing and skilling/training partners
- Understand where skill gaps are present in supply and what resources are needed and available to upskill or reduce skill gaps
- Create and implement program to upskill talent when gap is identified and tracking program effectiveness
- Track and analyze data on supply and demand to identify trends, measure performance of Delivery Coordinators and make data-driven decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing methodologies and delivery processes
- Partner with OTS branchesm sites and talent center on sourcing strategy to increase talent supply
- Work with OTS Delivery Coordinators to ensure expectations are met on number of starts and that every job has talent
- Determine and manage the percentage of time dedicated to talent care
What you need to bring:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years business experience with a minimum of 4 years demonstrated success in recruiting and/or customer service
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
- Effectively motivate and influence internal clients and colleagues
- Effective and excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and listening skills
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
