Your Impact & Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development: Identify market trends and proactively build a pipeline of industrial clients, securing new partnerships through expert negotiation and industry insight.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team. You will be responsible for their professional growth, conducting regular 1:1s, and coaching them on sales techniques and candidate management.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Performance Driving: Utilize data and activity metrics to track progress, ensuring both your personal and team targets are met or exceeded.

Operational Integrity: Ensure all placements and processes meet Randstad’s high standards for compliance, equity, and quality.
Your Background

Proven Sales Acumen: At least 3+ years of success in a high-volume sales or recruitment environment, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.

Leadership Experience: A track record of hiring, leading, and motivating others to achieve collective goals.

Market Intelligence: Deep experience in the industrial sector is preferred, with a solid understanding of market rates, pricing negotiation, and client conversion.

Data-Driven Approach: Experience using CRM databases and activity targets to forecast growth and deliver consistent results.

Relationship Focus: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
