The Sr. Business Operations Partner RD NAM plays a critical role in driving field, financial and operational excellence across the Randstad Digital organization. Reporting to the VP Business Operations RD NAM, this role is a strategic thought partner to field leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and helping scale consistent, efficient, and accountable business practices across the enterprise.

- Support VP Business Operations in the execution of sales, marketing, and operational strategies that expand market share, strengthen competitive positioning to deliver strategic growth agenda.
- Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to provide real time KPI insights into business/sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior.
- Translate transactional and operational data into actionable insights that inform commercial strategy and operational planning.
- Deliver governance frameworks, operational processes, and planning cadences that support the organization.
- Utilize sales forecasting and planning processes to drive planning accuracy across the organization.
- Provide sales operations insights, competitor analysis, market standards and insights that enable development of go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure forecasting and planning processes and outputs are appropriately integrated with other key activities within the business.
- Support creation of sales incentive compensation plans that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales strategy and align with business objectives, including the design and management of occasional sales incentive campaign programs.
- Support VP Business Operations in developing and implementing action plans or business/sales
process improvements. - Facilitate and oversee the successful implementation and results tracking of new sales programs.
- Deliver special projects and business improvement initiatives to support RD NAM business strategy, as needed.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skilled in developing growth strategies, improving processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated success at leveraging influence to deliver effective strategic business and sales outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prior P&L ownership and experience leading multi-service or multi-business lines is required.
- Demonstrated success at leveraging influence to deliver effective strategic business and sales outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strategic, forward thinking thought leader with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle difficult situations, and lead efficient and creative problem solving on
complex issues. - Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness, sales & business processes, process improvement and operations management.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with others (regardless of level) and set and manage expectations.
- Highly collaborative and partner-oriented with a team-first attitude to build enduring, trust-based relationships with key business partners and effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and to drive and manage multiple priorities with competing demands for resources in uncertain and ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
