The RoleWe are seeking an executive-level Portfolio Client Partner to lead enterprise client strategy and drive high-impact revenue growth across the Northeast territory. In this strategic role, you will oversee a multi-million dollar portfolio, lead high-performing Account Management (AM) teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives navigating digital transformation.
You will own the complete sales lifecycle - from pipeline development and solutioning through negotiation and net retention - ensuring our clients reduce risk, accelerate innovation, and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Strategy & Revenue Growth
- P&L Management: Drive financial performance, revenue growth, and net retention across a $10M+ portfolio of enterprise accounts spanning IT solutions and talent engagements.
- Pipeline Development: Oversee end-to-end sales execution, including lead qualification, client proposals, strategic negotiations, and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Wallet Share Expansion: Identify and capture new market opportunities across the Northeast territory to expand account footprint and brand presence.
Executive Partnership & Client Advisory
- Trusted Advisor: Consult C-suite and executive stakeholders on digital transformation bottlenecks, offering risk-mitigating, purpose-built Randstad Digital solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with client leadership to align long-term technology roadmaps with Randstad Digital’s core platform capabilities.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team Orchestration: Direct and empower Account Management pods to exceed revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth Strategy, Delivery, and Finance teams to align sales agendas, create go-to-market strategies, and optimize margins.
- Culture of Ownership: Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and client-centricity.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive client-facing experience in a management consulting firm or an IT professional services/outsourcing agency.
- Proven track record managing portfolio P&Ls of $10M+, with demonstrated success in revenue expansion and profit margin optimization.
- Deep experience in IT solutions sales, enterprise digital transformation, and offshore/nearshore delivery models.
- Proven ability to navigate, influence, and drive results within a complex, matrixed global enterprise.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Strategic & Financial Acumen: Sharp understanding of enterprise buying cycles, margin drivers, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Executive Presence: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with modern enterprise productivity suites (Google Workspace/Drive, CRM tools, and analytics platforms).

Hybrid Work Model: Randstad Digital operates under a hybrid schedule balancing in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Presence in our Boston or New York offices and client sites across the Northeast territory will be required as needed.
Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
