We are looking for a Bilingual Client Development Manager.
- Current Location: Foxborough, MA
- Future Location (By End of Year): Norwood, MA
- Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Travel: Weekly client-facing travel required
- Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Commissions
How You Will Contribute

Your Typical Day Includes
You will connect with prospective and current clients, understand their hiring needs, and demonstrate how our solutions solve their workforce challenges. You’ll build strong relationships, manage business profitability through effective pricing, and drive strategic growth through closed deals.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Connecting and Growing: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their talent needs and introduce staffing solutions.
- Driving Sales Success: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitable business deals.
- Matching Talent with Opportunity: Collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure we place the ideal talent for every client need.
- Providing Top-Notch Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
- Working Smart: Maintain an organized client database, follow established sales processes, and leverage performance metrics to drive results.
Your Background
- 1+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role (e.g., sales, recruiting, retail, hospitality, or customer support).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed client acquisition and sales targets.
- Experience utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) or activity metrics to achieve business goals.
- Track record of qualifying leads, managing client databases, and negotiating pricing structures.
- Strong professional presence and credibility in client-facing environments.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
