Leading investment company is looking for an Accountant II to join their growing team. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting and reporting functions including close activity and other financial projects.

- Prepare journal entries, account analysis on investments and loss reserves.
- Review and reconcile various investment reports.
- Prepare footnote support for external reporting.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors.
- Support month end close.

Requirements:
BS degree
3+ years of experience with public accounting and SOX compliance
CPA a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills
