responsibilities:
The main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department staff
- Process daily, weekly, monthly and year end transactions for general ledger, cash receipts, payroll and treasury
- Oversight of all operational accounting functions
- Staff Management
- Coordinate Annual Audit
- Be able to work well with all levels of leadership and field staff
- Present financials, quarterly reports, and ad-hoc projects to executive leadership on a regular basis
qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 10 + years experience, bachelor's degree, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, be able to lead staff, and have a hands-on approach.
