Lead Estimator and Cost Analyst (Construction Services)
Overview
The Lead Estimator position is responsible for directing and executing all phases of project cost assessment, from the initial evaluation through final financial summaries, ensuring fiscal success and alignment with company strategic objectives.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assess potential construction opportunities against company capabilities for competitive bidding.
- Develop and submit comprehensive price proposals, including Lump Sum, Unit Price, or written scope bids.
- Secure necessary bidding documentation and distribute it to the estimating team.
- Oversee the bidding calendar, coordinating team assignments to manage workload and ensure all submission deadlines are met.
- Meticulously prepare and review public works proposal packages to ensure absolute adherence to the Instructions to Bidders.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost projections for diverse public and private sector clients.
- Provide expert guidance and conduct bid reviews with junior estimators and project managers
qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience in construction cost estimating.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
