Established and growing real estate investment/property management company located in downtown San Francisco is looking for a Accounts Payable Accountant. Newly created role due to growth.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all aspects of accounts payable, proper account coding for revenue and expenses, and invoice processing for assigned properties
- Pursue resolution of business issues impacting the financial statements in a proactive, independent manner
- Participate in Month End close activities
- Review and monitor cash flow forecasts for multiple bank accounts and projects as needed Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the capitalization policies for fixed assets based on the relative investment partners requirements budgeting
- Work closely with the Property Management Controller in preparation of annual budgeting process for all properties including preparing forecasts and appropriate line items that are budgeted by the accounting department

4+ years of related experience
Real estate industry experience a plus but not required
