We are seeking an experienced Tax Leader with deep technical expertise and excellent advisory skills to support senior management within a mid-sized technology company. The role is replacing an existing position and will work via contract for 3 to 4 months with the chance of conversion to the permanent position. More details follow:

responsibilities:
- Lead corporate tax compliance and reporting for over 14 countries worldwide
- Support global tax strategy & planning optimization
- Support Tax audits & inquiries while working with external advisors
- Partner with finance, treasury, operations and business leaders across the organization
- Support compliance with IFRS and GAAP reporting standards across multiple entities
- Stay informed of international tax regulations and US-specific guidelines
qualifications:
- 7+ years of corporate tax experience
- Recent international tax experience at the corporate level
- CPA preferred; Masters in Taxation preferred
- Immediate availability preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail needed
