Controller - $140,000 to $160,000 plus BONUS (HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE)
Great opportunity to join a growing and diversified privately held company as their Controller. This position will report to the President and has a direct pathway to a CFO level role within this company. This position will manage a team of 3 accounting professionals.
This position will oversee all finance and accounting activities across all operating companies. This position will manage financial reporting, the close process, budgeting / forecasting, cash flow planning, pricing and internal controls. This position will partner with operations, sales and plant leadership to improve cross-functional alignment.
Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of accounting / financial management experience. Our client prefers a candidate with at least one year of Controller level experience working for a small to mid sized privately held company (preferably in the manufacturing, construction or professional services industries).

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of accounting / finance experience REQUIRED
- Our client requires a candidate with at least one year of Accounting Management / Controller experience working for a small to mid sized privately held company (preferably in the construction, manufacturing and / or professionals services industries).
- CMA, CPA and / or MBA preferred but not required
