responsibilities:
Key tasks and responsibilities
? Maintain the accuracy and completeness of general ledgers and financial accounts across the Group.
? Ownership of accounting and reporting inputs and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness of
accounts, working with other team members to investigate and resolve.
? Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations to agreed deadlines with all reconciling items investigated and
resolved promptly.
? Production of key management accounting inputs including timely ledger posting of month end journals.
? Reconciliation of intercompany balances on a monthly basis.
? Maintain fixed asset registers.
? Prepare draft VAT returns, EC sales, Intrastat, Sale & Use and 1099 submissions for the Group.
? Review monthly invoice finance reconciliations and prepare monthly summary of movement for the Group.
? Prepare monthly reporting pack to agreed deadline.
? Support/production of daily, weekly and monthly bookings/sales reports.
? Act as bank signing authority, setting up and approving payments as required.
? Preparation of other KPI information as required.
? Preparation of other ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.
? Preparation of draft corporation tax working.
? Provide assistance in the Group budget process.
? Preparation of year-end Group consolidation and supporting lead schedules.
? Assist and facilitate external audit requirements for the Group.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Experience working with Acumatica or similar ERP system.
Complete understanding of GAAP
Strong Excel and use of Pivot tables.
4-7 years Accounting expereince
