Senior Demand Planner - $100,000 to $130,000 plus 15% bonus
Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days IN OFFICE / 2 days REMOTE)
The Senior Demand Planner is a multi-faced role with exposure across all aspects of our client's business including Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance. The Senior Demand Planner will create and maintain a rolling forecast model for customers utilizing information gathered from sales, sales operations, marketing while also leveraging shipping and consumption data.

responsibilities:
Core responsibilities include-
- Rolling Forecast Generation
- Data Analysis & Sales Analysis
- Evaluate sales and marketing promotional activities
- Drive improvements in Forecast Accuracy (FA) and reduce Forecast Bias to optimize inventory levels and service levels.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of demand planning, sales operations, supply chain and / or forecasting experience IS REQUIRED
- Strong PC skills including Advanced Excel skills and prior ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
