Project Administrator (IN OFFICE) - $65,000 to $80,000

The Project Administrator will prepare, organize and manage various aspects of construction projects across the South Central Pennsylvania region. This role will work with Project Managers and will support contract administration, project files and project documentation. The Project Administrator will also support Project Managers with estimating and bids. This role will also support project invoicing and project billing - including T&, progress and AIA.
Our client seeks a candidate with a true entrepreneurial spirit who will - at times - be working pretty independently. That said - this role will be heavily involved with business leaders both inside and outside the company and will require a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and good systems (PC) skills. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast paced, shifting priority environment.

qualifications:
- Minimum of FIVE years of experience in a Project Support / Contracts Administrator / Administrative Support position required
- Experience in the construction services, real estate and / or professional services industry required
