Risk Analytics & Bond Accounting Specialist
- Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-site 3 days/week - Mon/Tue required initially)
- Pay Rate: $43.00 - $45.00 / hr (W-2) | Potential for ~5 hrs overtime/week
- Term: Contract (ASAP start; possibility of extension/conversion)
- Interview Process: 30-minute interview via Microsoft Teams
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and resolve low-to-medium risk assignments in Risk Analytics using independent judgment and compliance knowledge.
- Perform regression testing and process data related to complex bond structures.
- Utilize advanced Excel techniques to parse, sort, pivot, and analyze high-volume financial data.
- Experience: 2+ years of advanced finance/accounting experience with strong knowledge of securities accounting, investment accounting, bond instruments, and interest calculation structures.
- Technical Skills: 2+ years of Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex filtering, data parsing, Text-to-Columns, advanced formulas).
- Testing: 1+ years of regression testing experience (SimCorp experience is a major plus).
