A dedicated Lab Technician who performs essential analytical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to verify conformity to stringent quality specifications. This includes managing detailed test results, maintaining organized quality records, and utilizing laboratory equipment to support ongoing quality assurance and address product-related inquiries.

responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications
- Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications
- Records test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system
- Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
- Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
- Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints
qualifications:
Required:
- A.S. degree in Quality, Engineering, or other sciences
- OR high school diploma / GED with 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to work the following shift: Thursday-Sunday, 12:00pm - 10:30pm (4-10hr shifts)
skills: GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
