A highly motivated and experienced Analytical Chemist is needed to join the team. The focus of the role is the characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and other biologics.

responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing analytical methods to support the research and development of therapeutic proteins/mAbs. This role requires a strong understanding of protein biochemistry and a proven track record of applying a variety of analytical techniques, specifically N-glycan analysis, titer determination, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), peptide mapping, imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (iCE), and Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE) along with some Mass Spectroscopy (MS) experience to characterize mAbs and other proteins.
