The successful candidate will support discovery research and play a key role in the synthesis, purification and characterization of peptides and antibody conjugates, as well as ensure the smooth functioning of the lab.

responsibilities:
- under general supervision, plan and set up peptide synthesis and antibody conjugation
- perform peptide cleavage and purification using RP-HPLC
- Analyze and confirm peptide and conjugate identity and purity
- accurately record all experimental procedures, observations and results in the laboratory enotebook; operate and maintain specialized lab equipment and instrumentation
- perform general lab housekeeping activities, ensuring a clean, safe workspace
- comply with all lab safety guidelines, SOPs and relevant regulations.
qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- General knowledge of laboratory procedures is required
- Hands-on experience with solid phase peptide synthesis and RP-HPLC purification preferred
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation.
