Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining and developing training profiles and documentation for the Clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Medical Affairs/Early Global Development (MD/EG) departments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Training Management: Maintain training profiles and documents, including training matrices, and monitor the completion status of all training requirements.
- Curriculum Development: Maintain position-specific training curricula for job functions within the Clinical and Clinical QA departments.
- Documentation: Ensure all documents and records are maintained according to quality systems and regulatory requirements, including the use of electronic document control systems.
qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with document systems within a Quality Organization or similar area in the Biologics, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, with good familiarity with quality systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications and knowledge of electronic document control systems.
- Core Competencies: Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team environment with excellent written and oral communication skills.
