responsibilities:
- Achieve corporate sales goals in the assigned Colorado territory by leveraging a stability-focused, long-term impact mindset to build trusted, enduring relationships with key academic and industry clients.
- Clearly communicate gene targeting principles and preclinical services (including animal model expertise) to potential customers, acting as a technical consultant and maintaining high-level scientific curiosity regarding biopharmaceutical advances.
- Actively reach out to prospective customers, explore business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure contracts. This includes representing the company and supporting the Marketing Team by attending relevant trade shows and conferences to develop the company brand.
qualifications:
- Ph.D. in the bioscience field (e.g., Pharmacology, Immunology, Immuno-Oncology) with 0-2 years of post-degree experience (perfect for recent graduates). Industry experience is not required.
- Required expertise in animal model systems and a fundamental understanding of Biopharmaceutical science.
- Proven capacity to transition rapidly from the bench to a client-facing role and enjoy networking with top scientists from biotech and biopharma companies.
- Familiarity with the Colorado biopharma market is highly preferred.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a strong, valuable asset but not strictly required.
