responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of HEOR project plans and strategies for oncology assets.
- Communicate study findings to a wide range of internal and external audiences, including payers, patient groups, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Develop and manage HEOR projects, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), selecting vendors, and overseeing budgets.
- Execute HEOR research using various data sets, including writing and defending protocols and statistical analysis plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Access) to align on and execute evidence needs.
qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: PhD, MS, or MPH in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in HEOR with a proven track record of scientific and operational excellence.
- HEOR Fundamentals: Firmly grounded in the core scientific fundamentals of one or more HEOR specialties (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, patient-reported outcomes).
- Research Expertise: Proven technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Creation of economic models
- Conducting claims data analyses and observational research studies
- Development and analysis of patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures
- Completing analyses for U.S. or International evidence dossiers.
- Communication: Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively in a global team environment.
- Evidence Generation: Prior experience with real-world evidence generation is required.
- Strategic & Tactical Skills: Possesses both strategic and tactical skills in executing HEOR projects.
- Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
