This is an urgent 6-month contract Clinical Scientist role, requiring an experienced individual with an MS or PhD to support a high-priority Phase 3 Epilepsy Program. The role demands a mix of hands-on data review and cleaning, site query management, and scientific troubleshooting to ensure regulatory documentation is complete and timelines are met, with overtime required.

responsibilities:
- Directly assist the Sr. Medical Director with high-volume data review and cleaning for a critical Phase 3 Pivotal Epilepsy Study.
- Manage and resolve site/data queries and implement documentation to close regulatory readiness gaps.
- Perform scientific deep-dive analyses on safety and efficacy data (e.g., lab results, adverse events) to identify trends.
- Serve as the scientific liaison for day-to-day study flow, requiring heavy cross-functional interaction with Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Writing teams.
- Review and contribute to regulatory documents and clinical narratives as part of the documentation oversight requirements.
qualifications:
Required:
- MS or PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of direct industry experience in clinical research
- 3+ years of data review and data cleaning experience
- 3+ years of site query management experience
- Neurology experience
- Independent work ability
